Easy to use and clean
The Römertopf ceramic roaster or steamer is easy to use and clean. All you need to do is soak the lid in cold water before putting it in the oven. This supplies the clay with moisture, which is released during cooking and keeps the food juicy. After use, the fryer can be easily cleaned with warm water and detergent or simply in the dishwasher.
